We've been working hard to bring you the very best that Monterey Wine Country has to offer. Along with the great list of wineries already signed up to pour their wines, we recently added the following wineries for your enjoyment.

	Tudor Wines In an increasingly mechanized world, there are still a few handcrafted products that stand out. Fine wine is one of them. At Tudor Wines, they select fruit from family-owned vineyards and transform it into wine using traditional techniques. These include small fermentations mixed by hand and aging in French barrels. The resulting wine has a purity of expression that cannot be duplicated on a larger scale.
	Joyce Vineyards Joyce Vineyard Winery specializes in 100% artisan handcrafted wines. Frank Joyce along with son Russell live by premium fruit selection, hand sorting, long cold soaks and small vessel fermentation with the use of gravity to create fine, elegant, well balanced wines. Each wine is made barrel by barrel with minimal handling and maximum attention. Joyce Vineyards uses fruit grown on the family estate as well as small specific premium vineyard sites around Monterey County. Frank and Russell Joyce are completely involved in all aspects of the winemaking processes to ensure consistency from year to year.
	Miura Vineyards After a remarkable career as a Master Sommelier, Emmanuel Kemiji took his passion for wine to the vineyards in 1995, when he partnered with his college roommate Byron Kosuge to create the boutique Miura label. Miura is named after the most coveted and feared breed of fighting bull in Spain. The Miuri bottles are unique sporting an etched image of a red-eyed bull rather than a paper label. His Pisoni Vineyard Pinot Noir is a widely acclaimed cult wine. Miura wines are difficult to locate but they are available in fine wine retail stores and on the internet. The style is big and bold, fruit-driven and lush.
	Capiaux Cellars Using traditional Burgundian techniques, Sean Capiaux of Capiaux Cellars hand-crafts small lots of vineyard designated Pinot Noir from California's finest Pinot Noir vineyards. The winemaking style is a blend of classic and contemporary, utilizing cutting edge fermentation equipment paired with natural hands on winemaking, our emphasis is on balance All the wines are naturally fermented and unfined and unfiltered to preserve their innate flavors and aromas.
