We wanted to first take this opportunity to thank you for your membership in A Taste of Monterey’s Monterey Wine Club. All of us at A Taste of Monterey know you have a choice on where to spend your disposable income, and we appreciate you for including your membership in the Monterey Wine Club as one of them.
For the past 22 years, our goal has been to create awareness of Monterey’s Wine Country by showcasing the local wineries. In 1998, we started the Monterey Wine Club as a way to get Monterey Wines in homes and on dinner tables of wine lovers nationwide in order to create a small army of Monterey Wine Ambassadors.
We continually strive to provide quality Monterey County wines at an affordable price. In fact, we have had only 2 increases in the club since its inception 18 years ago. However, after thoughtful consideration, in order to continue our mission, it is time for a modest increase of $3 a month for the 2 bottle clubs that will start January 2016.
The 4 bottle clubs’ price will not be increased at this time. As a result, this is a great time to upgrade to one of these 4 bottle monthly clubs:
• Club Quattro $61/month (two different white wines and two different red wines). Average wine value of $82
• Cellar Club $64/month (2 each of the same red wines). Average wine value of $90
Membership in either of these 4 bottle clubs come with a bigger discount of 20% off wine and gifts as well (on-line or in-store), 50% off shipping, 50% off select wines by the glass and more generous tasting privileges. If you choose to upgrade to one of these monthly 4 bottle clubs, as a thank you, we are offering two bonus bottles ($38 value). That is a total of 6 wines for the first shipment with a combined value up to $128. We ask that you stay with the 4 bottle monthly club for at least three months.
